Nature had not fed enough her to compete with her companion in height but still she is one of the sharpest and the fourth highest Mountain peak of the world. Her south face is one of the steepest in the world and it is connected with Mount Everest via the South Col. This immaculate wonder of the world in known with the name of Mount Lhotse which is a collection of three summits, the main summit is having an elevation of 8,516 meters (27,940 ft) above sea level, Lhotse Middle (East) is 8,414 meters (27,605 ft) high and Lhotse Shar is 8,383 meters (27,503 ft) high.
